Wind Load Calculation for the A-Brick System

This calculation runs through the entire chain for an A-Brick facade: from the extreme peak velocity pressure at the location, via the facade zone and the pressure coefficients, to the design load on a single fixing and its verification. Including the consequence class and the corrosivity of the environment.

When We Use This

  • An A-Brick facade for which a substantiated wind check is needed
  • A project with a higher consequence class, where the safety factors weigh more heavily
  • A facade in a coastal zone or industrial environment
