Masonry
Bed joint reinforcement prevents cracks around window and door openings in masonry walls. Non-corrosive, so also suitable for exterior facades where steel reinforcement would rust. Already widely used by contractors such as Aberson, Heijmans and Van Wijnen.
Concrete Structures
Rigid carbon and glass fiber reinforcement meshes replace steel reinforcement in load-bearing concrete structures. Higher tensile strength, no corrosion, up to 50% less concrete consumption.
Screeds
Crack prevention during curing of cement, anhydrite and underfloor heating screeds. CE-marked according to EAD 260057-00-0303.
Facades & ETICS
Glass fiber mesh for external wall insulation (ETICS) systems. Reinforces the plaster layer and prevents cracks from temperature differences and settlement.
Waterproofing
Reinforcement for waterproofing systems in basements, swimming pools, water barriers and hydraulic structures. No corrosion with permanent water contact.
Renovation & Strengthening
Strengthening of existing concrete structures with carbon reinforcement meshes and fabrics. Lightweight, minimal build-up height, no additional load on the structure.
Seismic Reinforcement
Strengthening of masonry and concrete in earthquake-prone areas. Specifically designed for the Groningen situation and European seismic standards.
Fire Safety
Non-combustible fabric (A1 classification according to EN 13501-1) for applications where fire safety is essential. Tunnels, parking garages, utility buildings.
